Mentor Coaching
Get coached on your coaching. The program includes observation, feedback, peer support, and 1:1 mentor coaching sessions with an ICF-accredited mentor coach.
Practical Hours
Experience matters. You’ll graduate with a minimum of 20 hours of practice client hours under your belt, building your own confidence and boosting your credibility with future clients.
Learn in a supportive community
Assignments, office hours , coaching labs, and 1:1 and group mentor coaching help support whatever your learning style may be. Take the self-assessment to find out if the program is right for your needs.
- Short videos, readings and reflection assignments between sessions help keep you learning and engaged between sessions.
- Coaching labs to help you master specific techniques and concepts through faculty coaching demos and practicing coaching role-play.
